Tony brings a tremendous knowledge of the children’s theatre sector internationally as well as nationally, and an impressive track record in organisational strategy and fundraising. We are confident he will make a significant contribution to the company, and are thrilled he is joining us.”

Tony Reekie comments “I am delighted to have been given this opportunity to work with Artistic Director Gill Robertson again, having first worked together twenty-seven years ago when we setup Visible Fictions with Dougie Irvine and Kate Brailsford, and to be able to contribute my expertise to the future of Catherine Wheels Theatre Company, which I see as a leading light in children’s theatre in Scotland. Working closely with passionate and talented people to make the best possible theatre for young audiences is something I love doing, and I am very much looking forward to getting started.”
