THE REMARKABLE STORY OF AN INCREDIBLE LION
Let me take you on an adventure to a place you have never been before…

Meet Marjan the lion, who, despite wars and invasions, survived for over 20 years in Kabul zoo - the most dangerous in the world. Join him as he begins his incredible life in a new and strange country. Watch him grow from a confused cub to a brave lion, the king of Kabul zoo.

Inspired by a true story, The Lion of Kabul transports the audience into Marjan’s world using film, live music and performance. Created by the award winning Catherine Wheels Theatre Company, The Lion of Kabul is performed inside a purpose built structure to provide an unforgettable setting for a remarkable story.

The Lion of Kabul is a Catherine Wheels and Scottish Touring Theatres Consortium Production
