Hansel & Gretel at the New Victory Theatre, New York

BASED ON AN ORIGINAL PRODUCTION BY THE NATIONAL THEATRE OF SCOTLAND
" a major treat for kids and adults alike"
The List

"a superb promenade performance"
Daily Telegraph

Hansel and Gretel is a reinvention of the Grimms' classic fairytale as an exciting promenade adventure.  Hansel and Gretel have been abandoned by their cold-hearted stepmother and cowardly father.  Deep in the forest the children discover the sweetest of houses.  Surely no-one would mind if two hungry children had just one little nibble....?

As you walk through the wintry world of Hansel and Gretel you will be taken on a thrilling journey through an eerie forest into a tempting sweetie house where someone is waiting for you...

"By turns enchanting and frightening.  Beautifully designed and full of highly imaginative subversions of the Grimms' tale"
The Sunday Herald

"A brilliant piece, set in a 70s home, a dark forest and a witch's house, this is a major treat for kids and adults alike."
